Thanks to advice by a friend on stem removal, I am, for the first time in twenty years, smoking a very special-to-me pipe. Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in the very first pipe I ever smoked, (which was my father’s pipe), a late 1950s smooth with etched grooves straight Willard long stem Billiard. It's a very special moment for me.

Dunhill DeLuxe Navy Flake in a Boswell mini churchwarden pickaxe, cumberland stem.
Earlier it was McClelland English Woods in a Boswell mini Jumbo (normal sized pipe, except that that chamber bore is 1 1/16th inches wide and about 2 1/2" deep. My new favorite traveling pipe.)

L.J.Peretti London Flake in MM Legend while cutting the lawn for the first time this summer. Nothing like a cob while on a tractor.
