Had @98now do some excellent restoration work in a couple of OLD and abused Jobeys that looked fit for the trash can. First up was an 015 Asti, slightly bent Zulu-billiard-ish partial sandblast smoking some Gawith Brown No. 4 Finest Kendal Twist.

Next was a little Jobey Compact 165, bent sandblast with saddle stem, smoking some SPC PP Bourbon Barrel Aged.

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, chicken legs and snow peas dinner with strawberries for dessert. I'm half way through this bowl of year 2012 St. James Flake in a straight smooth brown Algerian briar post-WW2-early 50s family era Barling’s Make Ye Olde Wood T.V.F. Made in England EL billiard with a tapered black ebonite stem. This pipe is from the estate of David Cuneo. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink. Couldn't post before now because Tomato the Brave was on my lap. He got up to eat, I got the lap top to post this smoke, and Tomato came back in, and gave me the "That's my lap, not the computer's lap" look. M'lady has been tracking Abner the Eager, and so far, he's mostly hanging around four blocks down the hill from our street. He doesn't stay in one place for very long. I'm going to clean a few pipes as soon as Tomato jumps off the left arm of my chair. The Braves-Dodgers game starts after the top of the hour.

Today's smoke was some Forte in a Bonfiglioli followed by ODF in a Stanwell Royal Briar #87. I've just a couple months of Mac Baren ODF and Bold Kentucky left. Any suggestions for replacements?
