Having a second smoke of GL Pease Blackpoint. This time in a Peterson Clontarf XL21. It's certainly not a bad blend. The flavor is ok and it burns well. I'm just not picking up on the different components the way I like in this type of blend. It could be I just need to give it a few days in the tin to give it a chance to open up.1000000697.jpg

Just time enough to post this shot and then I'm outta the door. Brand new Miniature Cobb, Missouri Meerschaum. Cost me eight bucks. Bought it not for tobacco economy (although this is a bonus side effect) but for the possibility of getting a nosewarmer in the future. This little fella has quite a generous bowl, almost a medium, and I loaded it up with TobaccoBarn's Bing Cherry, a most excellent fruity aro quite similar to CAO Cherry Bomb.

Had a terrific smoke of just shy of half an hour. Can't get over how good cobs smoke, right from the start. In my haste, I pushed a wrong filter in processing the file and liked the effect, so I framed it in a cob color and left it as is. :ROFLMAO:

I'll be erratic on forum for the next while, so will try to catch up on likes, loves and reply posting if I get my agenda finished out there today. Yeah, a nosewarmer is a distinct possibility in the future. Cheers.

Passing the half way mark of this bowl of year 2024 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Second day in a row that my alarm didn't go off. Fed my cats, Daisy the Feral Princess, and Harry the Hairy. Going to be another busy day, but I'm always happy to be busy.
