Almost half way through this bowl of year 2016 Peter Heinrichs Special Curly in the first pipe Trever Talbot made when he went to France many years ago. It's a smooth straight Algerian briar Lumberman with a long shank and a black vulcanite saddle stem, unbranded. Sleepy Suzy is by my side. Daisy the Feral Princess seems okay, and has been getting extra attention, which she seems to need.

Did a little low calorie snacking, and have passed the quarter mark of this bowl of year 2019 Prince Albert in a 2020 smooth light brown, slight bent J. Everett straight grain chubby author with a spalted birch ferrule and a black saddle vulcanite stem in the military mount style. I looked out the back door, and all four ferals were here waiting for me. I let them all in eat, and tried to feed them apart for each other. Tomato the Brave was annoyed by Harry the Hairy, and started a spat, so out he went. Harry ate in peace. Daisy the Feral Princess didn't eat much, but she seemed okay. Abner the Eager ate in the bathroom in peace, and decided to stay there out of the line of feral fire.

New York
Morning from the Great State of Florida! I see the forum odometer has spun around again and we are at March 1st which means soon I will have to journey back up north since it will soon be half past spring in NYC! I am sitting outside enjoying a bowl of G&H Cannon Plug in the pipe that appears at the bottom of the picture. It is a heavily silver banded meerschaum 'cutty' pipe from the late 1860s to the early 1870s by a Parisian pipe maker. I was one of the first 'cutty' meerschaums I acquired in the mid 1980s when I transitioned away from clay pipes on my dentists orders but that is a story for another time. Have a relaxing and fun Saturday.
