Close to finishing this bowl of Hearth & Home AJ’s Vaper in a pre-1952 Sutliff Falcon 372 (made by Comoy’s) smooth light brown straight bulldog with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

About a third of a bowl left of Wilke Peanut Butter and Chocolate in a light brown 1979 rusticated medium bend Italian Sir Jeffrey Dublin sitter with a flared top and yellow saddle stem. I'll finish the day with this smoke.

First smoke now after recovering from covid. First time trying Solani 633 in a meerschaum. Can't taste any nuances but enjoying it nonetheless. Hopefully my senses will recover soon. This case of covid was milder than most colds which is nice I guess

So today is the year anniversary of my mother’s burial and we went to the cemetery for a short time. Her parents are also buried there and I always leave a bit of pipe tobacco for my grandfather, who passed almost 20 years before I was born but was rarely know to be without a pipe in his mouth. I left some EMP today and that’s what I’m smoking in the House pipe — for an hour or so of further reflection.

Lest you think I’m too maudlin I will note my Alma mater is playing tomorrow in the round of 32 — and the women's team is taking the court in a bit today.

Thanks mate, I’ve seen yours and it’s why I took this off the rack last week. I’ve actually had trouble finding the right blend for it as it can smoke bitter with some. Seemed ok yesterday though.
