Carter Hall in a MM cob. This combo is a good one on a warm, spring day. Black coffee with a couple of extra ice cubes is my drink.
Villiger 1888 After Dinner Pipe Tobacco in a Sasieni Two Dot
A bit rainy here, smoking a bowl of Old Dark Fired in a mid-70’s “Special Collection” (Charatan second). Pipe is sturdy as all get out with a great draw.
Not far from finishing this bowl of HU Soraya in a 1982 black sandblasted medium bend W.O. Larsen freehand with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Been figuring out what of the three Ken Byron blends to try next and what pipes to smoke them in. Two of them are early prototypes.
Orlik Golden Sliced in a Medico Gold Crest gold-banded meerschaum Billiard. Filters cut into 3rds to optimize draw and minimally impact flavor.
A quarter of the way through this bowl of Ken Byron Ventures SMRVF Prototype in a black straight, grain etched family era (Post WW2) Four Dot Sasieni “Appleby” apple with a tapered black vulcanite stem. I can't discuss what it is, so be patient with me.
A bowl of Gawith Hoggarth Balkan Mixture in a GG 65 Castello Sea Rock. There is enough Latakia in this blend to make social distancing a non-issue.
