Allen Bellman drew a lot of Timely Comics in the 1940s, including Captain America. He spent a ton of time in recent years at a lot of comic book conventions as well as drawing hundreds of private commissions for his fans. He was a delightful person to be around, and I'm very happy to have shared good times with him. I'm saddened at his passing at age 91. RIP, Allen.
