Idk, Cob Tuesday just doesn't roll off the tongue or sound particularly clever in a way that makes me want to participate. Maybe Turkish Tobacco Tuesday? System Saturday? Flake Friday? All sound better than Cob Tuesday to me. I don't think my rant will make it disappear, I just wonder how it started and if there's some significance that I'm missing.
