Peterson's Irish Whiskey in a PM2012 Cherrywood. The first time I smoked this blend, I thought it resembled gas burning on a rubber tire. I almost trashed the tin but put it away for six months. That was a while ago and I have quite a few tins cellared now. I quite like it now so either my palate has evolved or I've lost my mind and learned to like gas burning on a Michelin. Not sure if I'm willing to accept comments on this. :?
