For years I have made it a point to put out plenty of feed for the birds during the winter. We always have a big turnout of all types of birds.

Until a month or so ago, I have never had feeders for hummingbirds, although I love seeing them. So,...... I now have two feeders for them on the deck. At first, I did not see many around, but now they absolutely swarm it and are a delight to watch. Natures hover crafts!!!

So, today I am enjoying some Faulkner Flake Virginia from the Country Squire in my Comoys Guild Hall #133 with the little hummers in the background. You can't see them in the photo, but believe me, they are there!

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, chicken legs and sugar snap peas dinner with strawberries for dessert. I've a third of a bowl left of year 2012 Esoterica Dunbar in a smooth straight, dark brown 1960s Lane era Charatan Selected 43 Dublin with a black vulcanite double comfort saddle stem. This pipe was formerly owned by actor William Conrad. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink. Less than usual due to the humidity. Sleepy Suzy is enjoying her catnip toy. Molly Danger is in the bedroom. Abner the Eager is snoozin' on m'lady's lap. Harry the Hairy is snoozin' in the corner. It's beginning to storm again, so m'lady just got Daisy the Feral Princess and Tomato the Brave inside.
