Enjoyed a little low calorie snacking, and have passed the last third of this bowl of year 2014 Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match in a very much appreciated 1979 brown, slight bend grain etched flat front Stanwell Rego 969-48 (09) with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Braves lost another one. Fed all the ferals except for the absent Abner the Eager. The rain has stopped for now. The thunder and lightning were so loud that the house shook a couple of times.

Now smoking and reviewing Gladora Tobacco Pesse Canoe Latakia Flake 20 in a 1986 three quarter bend Bacchus face CAO meer with a tapered dark tortoise shell colored acrylic stem. Watching/listening to the Orioles-A's game as I review. Harry the Hairy is snoozin' by my feet.

Golf outing was cancelled last minute, so this cob full of Boswell No-Bite Delite will have to wait a bit. Instead, I wrapped up an eventful week with a bowl of GLP Windjammer in a Foyard beechwood Rhodesian, paired with a vodka tonic. Room note must've went over well, as wifey requested a puff herself, which is rather rare. Still haven't explained to her yet that everything is actually Sutliff 507-C. 9/10

Bird report: California towhee, California scrub-jay, House finch, American crow, Red-tailed hawk, Mountain chickadee, Oak titmouse, White-breasted nuthatch, Spotted towhee, California quail, Northern flicker, Mourning dove, Western bluebird, and American robin.

Hope everyone is enjoying a nice weekend!

A quarter of the way through this bowl of year 2018 D&R Windsail in a smooth straight family era 1950s Barling 313 T.V.F. EXEXEL pot with a black ebonite saddle stem. Daisy the Feral Princess, Tomato the Brave and Sleepy Suzy are eating their wet food. Shy Stripesy is on the chair that Abner the Eager often snoozes on. I spent a little time talking low and sweet to Stripesy a few minutes ago, but I knew better than to get close. I left some dry food down for him/her (?). Wish I could read the expression on that cat's face.

Last smoke of the day is Wilke Wall Street w/o perique in a smooth light brown quarter bend 1928-1931 KBB Drinkless Kaywoodie Synchrosystem patent Rock Ambera 7209 yachtsman with a tapered rock ambera stem. Won't get to finish reading all the baseball box scores, but I'll make good dent in it. Going to check on the ferals one more time. Daisy the Feral Princess has been snoozin' by my feet for a while now. Sleepy Suzy's been by my side.

The next is one of my very favourite Bulldogs - a 1922 GBD half-bent with a tapered vulcanite stem, orific bit.
Imported silver hallmark, so probably made in France

With a bowl of my hoarded (bought in 2019) Esoterica Stonehaven - cube cut

Oz, I think I like the 1922 GBD the best. Although, not by much. Both beautiful 'dogs....
