Just past halfway through an early evening bowl of Newminster 400 in my Dr. Grabow Riviera

...been smoking this every other bowl for 4 days now and find the flavor progression very interesting. Very sweet for the first couple minutes, then the flavor kinda almost disappears (even when I manage to keep things low n slow), then comes back with a lovely vengeance around 1/3 to 1/2 way in and smokes great the rest of the way down...
