Received an order from Estervals today! Smoking HU Nyala in a Savinelli Estella 320 KS. It’ll take a few bowls to get to know this blend properly, but my initial thought is that it is damn tasty. Very unique to have a chocolate forward burley, with cigar leaf and Perique....can’t honestly think of anything like it that I have ever encountered!

Once again tried to aquatint myself with HH old dark fired only to cut my loses and dump the bowl 1/3 through and reload it with some F&T Golden Mix.

Dunhill My Mixture 965 from December 2012 in a Dunhill Shell Cherrywood Poker from 1976. I bought this tin from SmokingPipes in 2017 with lots of age. I had opened the tin then and resealed it, so it has dried out. I have put a boveda 69 in the tin to re-hydrate it, but I am smoking one bowl of the dry tobacco and it is tasting as it should.

Well Ioaded up a bowl of Proper English and could no get a quarter way through it. I used to enjoy Latakia blends but now after trying several, they just taste salty. Dumped it and went back to HB. Guess I will try some Old Joe Krantz next but could happily stay with HB and some VaPers.
