No mixing today: the last bowl from a tin of '16 ESO Dunbar - firing it up in this Mark Tinsky '18 POTY Morta Bulldog
I like Lane 1Q, it's a joy to smoke.Packed for later, like maybe when it dries out a little, a bowl of ancient Lanes 1-Q still moist after all these years, recent years in a re-purposed jelly jar, in a pocket cocobolo deep red stain freehand with a bright orange stem, handmade by Jerry Perry of Colfax, N.C. I am amazed at how moist this is after long aging. Maybe smoking it will preserve me. May have to smoke something else today and let this crisp up a little for tomorrow. Also on deck, a MM special edition acrylic stem cob, and an Eriksen by Nording, econo-pipe bent billiard with many years on it. I think 1-Q is a vanilla caramel aromatic, if I remember.
