The last of my tin of NYPC Bowling Green (kindly gifted to me by Bill Roberts) 50/50 with RDF in a smooth MM CG. Actually a lovely smoke as the RDF knocks back the bite of the Bowling Green, but promotes the sweetness while adding it's own depth and range. The cob helps as well - why do most tobaccos taste better in one of these?

Same gig with the end of the tin of Astley's 44 and Rich Dark Flake. Similar effect, although less sweetness from the 44 than from the Bowling Green. And the MM CG just chugs on...

Now smoking Edgeworth Slices in a very much appreciated 1979 brown, slight bend grain etched flat front Stanwell Rego 969-48 (09) with a black vulcanite stem. Have enough left for a bowl or so.

Stokkebye Natural Dutch Cavendish in a 1977 straight black rusticated Sir Brent billiard with a silver band repair and a brown pearl grey acrylic stem. A bottle of Dad's Root Beer is my drink on this very hot and humid day.
