Match Edgeworth was my father's favorite blend. I had not tasted it in a very, very long time. This is a match blend but the aroma and taste were the same. Reminded me of what it used to be like, not my favorite taste but it burns very well virtually to ash. The pipe is a billiard Brebbia First, 1/4 bent. A pleasant reminder of my father...

Listing this early so I can concentrate on work for a while on this very hot and humid day: St. James Flake in a 1986 three quarter bend Bacchus face CAO meer. A bottle of Mountain Dew made with pure cane sugar is my drink.

I just finished a bowl of SG Sam's flake in my Peterson aran 80s. The topping of tonquin bean gives it a kind of strange sweetness. Not at all bad but different

Earlier C&D's excellent Burley Flake #2 in a 1983 Dunhill Shell Briar panel 41241 with strong coffee while re-reading Cornelius Ryan's "The Longest Day". Now SG Full Virginia Flake in an Ashton Pebble Grain (XX) straight billiard.
