Relaxing after a wonderful salad, chicken legs and sugar snap peas dinner with strawberries for dessert. I'm part way through this bowl of year 2019 C&D Derringer in a straight smooth brown 1920s (Comoy’s) Lions Head 399 Canadian with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink. The ferals are eating less than usual. I suppose the heat and humidity is the reason for it. Daisy the Feral Princess is snoozin' near my feet. Harry the Hairy is snoozin' on the couch. Sleepy Suzy is by my side. Molly Danger is on m'lady's lap. Tomato the Brave is outside snoozin'.

Enjoyed a tasty golden delicious apple, and am smoking year 2014 Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match in a very much appreciated 1979 brown, slight bend grain etched flat front Stanwell Rego 969-48 (09) with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Just let Tomato the Brave come in to eat a little earlier than usual. He didn't eat much today. Everybody else ate already. All have eaten a little more this evening.

Now smoking year 2020 H&H Chatham Manor in a straight black sandblasted, smooth dark brown top bowl 2021 Jim Brown stack Rhodesian with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Daisy the Feral Princess is currently snoozin' by the couch. Harry the Hairy decided to take her place near my feet. Sleepy Suzy and Molly Danger are still with me and m'lady.

Yesterday's Smoke and Daily Festivities. Only one pipe, just a final confirmation of the break-in on the Mr. Brog #52 "Scoot", in that it really liked Captain Black Dark. Yes, it did, but I just ran out of gas - stopped smoking after about 45 minutes, cavernous bowl not even half done, and yup, my old friend tongue bite returned, so just chew and a cigar a day until it goes away. Guess I'll never learn moderation in all things.

A of things transpired, though, and when I get back to the ability to assess, I'll try a few other tobaccos in this monster. It surely does smoke great. But a friend of mine over for a puff said, "Gordo, it's not really ugly. It's cute ugly. Like, Miss Piggy."

I kind of did a double take, and thought, while I seldom name inanimate objects, figuring it's a lame thing to do, it just somehow fit. So . . . . as Oscar Winner F. Murray Abraham said as a mantra in his winning role in the excellent movie about Mozart, played in stellar fashion by Tom Hulce of "Animal House" fame, "There it is!" Miss Piggy.

Rest of day's activities in "Skippable Drivel" underneath the pic.

Skippable Drivel: Right now I'm simply overwhelmed. I've picked, processed and canned over two gallons each, of Cherries and Saskatoons, done a full load of teaching, and no end in sight. The photos below are from yesterday, and I've got three more cherry trees and I think, five more Saskatoon bushes to pick, before the &%#*#@!&& second picking from each tree and bush is ready.

Re-inforcements fortunately are back from their holidays starting tomorrow, unless they've killed off each other in the inevitable family encounter sessions.

A couple of snaps to show you - lots more but no time to process them. The bumblebees move fast, and I'm not a macro guy, but . . . . .

No promises for tomorrow, but I'll do my best to appear and do a bit of catchup.

"There it is." :ROFLMAO:
