Just a beautiful pipe! I'm not usually attracted to the panel style bowl design, but this one just "works". It also suits my taste with respect to the large amount of wood on the bowl, great for heat distribution and hand holding. Love this one! And forwhatever reason, I've also found that Petes (at least mine) are particularly adept at handling Navy and English style tobaccos. :) 👍👍
Thanks Gord.

Now smoking the last of my open stash of year 2020 Peretti Blend W in a brown sandblasted medium bend 1970s Savinelli Autograph 5 freehand with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Haven't smoked this pipe in years, but I wanted to finish off this blend so that I can go to the replacement soon.

That's a good looking pipe. Would like to get a better view of that stem. Has a reddish tint to it.
Lol, well the tip of the stem is kinda gross looking from where I've chewed it a bit, so I was trying to keep it out the picture. But yeah it's hot this reddish color and a design that kinda resembles wood, it's acrylic though I think. If you look at the stem from the bottom it's actually a much brighter color, the top is actually really faded from the sun shining in the store window where I bought it. My guess is it sat there for a long while.

Well, I certainly understand that. Just looks like a really good smoker and I'm sure you get lots of pleasure out of it.

Another scorcher.... Humidity off the chart.
I got some stuff done this morning but by lunchtime I had to break off. Just focused on having plenty of cool water available for the horses. Got a new trough so that is working out well.

I turned on the deck fans and enjoyed some Pegasus in a Comoys Sunrise bent bulldog. I'm not sure if "bent bulldog" is correct nomenclature, but it serves the purpose.
The coconut water really hit the spot and replenished electrolytes.
