Thanks for all the birthday wishes everyone, it turned out to be a good one. Having a bowl of Rattrays Hal o the Wynd in a cob with coffee. Careful playing with the fireworks today, having more fingers than less is helpful for good pipe smoking

I finally made it to a pipe and its July. I earned this one. Ive been renovating my shop/office/smoking room. For 20 years Ive made mouthpieces in rooms on trashed out furnature, crap in boxes and just a mess. I decided to get civilized.
I stripped ugly wallpaper, fixed the plaster and painted. I put together cabinets and drawer banks and orgainzed.
Ive still a little to do. The cables and electric access is pending doing some work for a week or so to decide where it all should be. I also have to install the cabinet kickboards. Also the sax that is sitting on a counter in the corner will go on the wall since I need that space for shipping.

In October, I plan on doing a 20 mile ruck to raise money for a community center in a buddy's honor, who fell in Iraq in 2005. Modest goal of $6120 - one for each mile away from home he was.
