Now smoking year 2020 D&R Penhooker in a straight smooth brown undated pre-Republic Peterson Shamrock 263 Canadian with a nickel band and a tapered black p-lip stem. Fed all the ferals. Daisy the Feral Princess is laying near my feet. Abner the Eager is snoozin' in a comforter. The others are outside.

Just finished a wonderful bowl of SG Commonwealth in my Comoys Deluxe with a sterling silver band. This pipe is a wonderful smoker which has lain neglected in the back of my pipe drawer for far too long. Can anyone tell me what the design on the silver represents? The only information I can find on this pipe is that it was probably from roughly 1950s, but the examples I see on the internet do not show the fancy logo.

Earlier, I smoked a bowl of first production Watch City American Cut Plug Mixture in a straight smooth brown Algerian briar family era Barling’s Make Billiard 6 with a tapered black vulcanite stem. The stampings suggest 1930s, but the “6” is a previously unknown stamp number and placement. This pipe is from the estate of David Cuneo.

Currently, I'm finishing this bowl of year 2018 Dunhill Elizabethan Match in a straight smooth dark brown 1950s Comoy’s Deluxe apple military mount with a sterling silver band and a tapered black vulcanite stem. This pipe is from the estate of David Cuneo. Couldn't post the second smoke before now because Tomato the Brave jumped on my lap after Sleepy Suzy got up to eat, and he took a snooze. Suzy was not pleased to see him there when she came back from the kitchen, and she laid on the couch. Tomato got up a few minutes ago, and Suzy came over to be by my side. Now, Tomato is sleeping in the warm spot that Suzy left on the couch. Abner the Eager spent most the last two hours laying on m'lady's lap, and is outside now. Harry the Hairy was in for a while, and is out now. Molly Danger is snoozin' in the bedroom after being in the den with us most of the evening.

Sutliff Danish Cavendish with some added C&D Big 'n Burley in my small apple meer.
Saw a shooting star too. Just having stepped out and stretching a bit before a casual stroll down the block and back , I was doing the neck when I tilted my head straight back and looked upward, this horizontally moving blip passed over and died.

C&D BMF +IMG_4774.jpegIMG_4775.jpeg Compass – Light Brown Rustic. A compact, travel-friendly pipe with a clean Danish design. The rusticated finish offers a comfortable grip, and the short acrylic stem provides a smooth draw. Lightweight and sturdy — a great companion for bright and flavorful Virginia blends, especially when you’re on the move.
