Smoking yet another bowl of Smoker Friendly's Sweet Natural. I can't get enough of this stuff. From the minute the flame struck the tobacco, I could tell this was going to be a most enjoyable smoke.

I need to get back into englishes and orientals, I’ve been a one trick pony lately, just smoking Kentucky blends with an occasional VaPer.
Murray's Three Year Matured Virginia for work today.
Its funny you say that because I consider myself an English smoker but doing a mental inventory of what Ive been smoking lately and all are VA heavy if not straight VA. I boost a-lot with granulated perique by 20% or more.
Maybe my palate is changing or its the nicotine content thats making me do this. I love that pipe though
And Id bet you could burn asphalt in it and it would still smoke good.
The meer is getting a real workout while I'm resting the briars after a deep cleaning.

I also have been mostly smoking VaPers in the mornings, with HH ODF in the evenings. Afternoons seem to be either Oriental or VaKen home blends, rounded out with mixed Englishes (mostly Peterson's Standard Mixture in the afternoon or early evening, and MM 965 later in the evenings when I'm not smoking a Kentucky...)

Great looking poker, especially with the bamboo. Tinsky’s briar stains are always gorgeous and his blast is always top notch.
