I decided to crack open some Presbyterian for my next English blend. Pipe is my Dr Grabow Regal bulldog.
Lots of words have been written about this blend, so I’ll keep it brief. Latakia, yes. Plastic bag in the tin, no. The odd sweet top note reminds me a little of walking into a patisserie. After two bowls, I’m starting to question whether I really want sweetness in my English blends after all.
