That good old codger burley blend Velvet, mild but fulfilling, in a Nording zebra hunting pipe, a gift from my wife. At first I couldn't taste much with Velvet, but now that I have a range on this blend, it has a bit of nuance, nutty with the slightest bit of detectable sweetness. Happy July 4 to all.
It’s Christmas on the 4th of July. Having Cringle Flake 2020 in a no name meer. Sipping on a local IPA from Foothills Brewery and smelling burgers cooking on the grill. Cheers!

Just passing the half way mark on this bowl of year 2014 Sutliff 1849 in a smooth straight brown early ‘60s Lane era “William Conrad” Charatan Executive Extra Large stretch apple with diagonal channel cuts on the lower right and left of the bowl along with a black vulcanite double comfort saddle stem.
