Now smoking KBV Your Welcome in a straight smooth dark brown 1930s (Comoy’s) Canadian Club 230 eight paneled billiard with a black tapered vulcanite stem. Working and listening to the Giants-D-Backs game.
Currently smoking 3 briskets and a bowl of Ascanian No.1.
Some neighbors shot massive cascades of fireworks for about 2 hours. At about 11:30 I went to the truck, set up my 1500 lumen strobe trouble light, and broadcast about 3 minute of sirens (from iPhone connection) on my truck’s 500 watt sound system.
They STOPPED the fireworks !!
Not even another blackcat.
I’m not a fireworks curmudgeon, but they should have started later and had a better finale.
We’ll be in SA tomorrow night, you CAN’T keep that town quiet!!
I really enjoy smoking HH Burley Flake in my Rossi Bulldog. A good combo. I also enjoyed seeing a commanding performance by England versus Ukraine. Semi-finals and Wembley, here we come.

A quarter of the way through this bowl of Wilke Gentry Royal Blend No. 2 in a 1975 three quarter bend black Dunhill Shell 52021 billiard with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Close to finishing work for the night.
I was part of a wonderful ZOOM with our Saturday crew, as we reminisced about our late friend Chuck Rio. Many old friends, such as Frank Burla, Rex Poggenpohl and Rich Esserman, related great stories about Chuck.
In his honor I smoked my Castello Sea Rock 49 KKKK, filled with 5 year old Luxury Navy Flake mixed with some Syrian Latakia.
Chuck loved Latakia, and was one of the greatest of Castello collectors. May his memory be eternal.
