GH Dark Plug in a Mimmo Provenzano grade A lovat with plateau top. This is delicious. Dark and spicy. Needs plenty of relights despite being well dried and rubbed on a windy day. Even so, there is no edge to it and the strength is present but currently enjoyable at about 1/4 through the bowl. Extremely hot and breezy today in our corner of the northeast. An icy Mojito with lots of fresh mint and only a touch of sugar to accompany this stout smoke. 98A8B551-A54B-4ACF-A353-B471F24D0BA8.jpeg

I don't know what possessed me to try "Haunted Bookshop" because it is a predominantly burley based blend and I hate burley. With all the hype for it I ordered a tin of it. What the hell was I thinking? It just doesn't agree with me at all. Being a card carrying member of the OCD tribe I have to finish the tin.
If it’s at all fresh, throw it into a jar for a few months. Makes a big difference. If you don’t like it after that I’m sure someone will happily take if off your hands.

I know what you mean. I have to really be in a certain mind frame for burley heavy blends but HB surprised me when I gave it some real attention - after throwing in a jar for 6 months!!!!
