That's a really nice looking pipe, would it be considered a church warden?

I consider it a churchwarden based on the shank/stem length. I'm not sure what it would be called independent of stem length. Most websites tend to list them as simply "freehand" although the bowl reminds me of an egg shape and it's bent in relation to the shank.

The pipe carver called it a "Mermaid".

So, just for fun, I'll call it a: partially rusticated bent egg freehand mermaid bamboo churchwarden?

A third of the way through this bowl of Yoshimi’s Bread Pudding prototype in a 2003 medium bent Ural meer with a lined and etched egg shaped bowl with a silver band and a brown pearl acrylic stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Watching Mad Dog Russo.

A nice bowl of Sutliff Victorian/Elizabethan match. First time trying it and I was impressed. Cool burning and had a pleasant, mild VaPer flavor. I will most likely buy more and age it for a few years since the price per ounce is so reasonable.

Just finished my first set of walking reps, and this bowl of Smoker’s Pride Mellow Taste in the very first pipe I ever bought ($2.49) in 1974; a smooth three quarter bend Dr. Grabow Omega military mount with a nickel band and a black vulcanite stem with a p-lip. Time to hydrate!
