Breaking in a new Neerup Structure Sandblast with some Rattray’s Bagpiper’s Dream. View attachment 35017View attachment 35018View attachment 35019

Neerup was my "gateway drug" into Danish pipes. You have a beauty there, be careful!

Giving the meerschaum a rest this morning and going with a classic: McC Frog Morton on the Bayou in this Tom Eltang Dublin/Acorn(?)

I’ve got quite a few Danish pipes, but this is my first Neerup. It will not be my last, I can assure you, lol. Already contemplating ordering another.....

Packed and ready to go, Dunhill Durbar, a fine discontinued blend, in a Gianni smooth bent billiard my sister sent me from Rotterdam, a solid little work horse. My sister also sent me the blend from a cigar and gift shop in our hometown, where neither of us has lived for decades; the shop has now closed, alas, swamped by the pandemic. No more vintage blends from them.
