Off to run some errands with Jim’s B Blend in a smooth 1998 Parker 489 three quarter bend Billiard with a black vulcanite stem. Probably have more than one bowl of this.

Peterson 3 P's plug, courtesy of Forums member mrenglish, in a full bent, almost Oom-Paul, Iwan Ries size Group 3 house pipe from their old line by Benton with Algerian briar; I first tried rubbing out the sliced plug (which is delicious, with burley) but on this bowl I additionally grated it in a little device probably meant for pot, but which works ably for tobacco; I will also use it when I finally crack open a tin of Dark Star which is notably of uneven cut, I've heard. Peterson 3 P's is for burley lovers who do well with full-strength. If you are sensitive to nic, don't do this one. I'm pretty resistant, but feel a bit of a buzz.
