St James Flake in a Peterson prince made in the early 1930s. Followed soon by more St. James in a Peterson Ebony Killarney. This is the first shellacked pipe I have ever owned and it is a great smoker.
Escudo in a Peterson Tankard that was last smoked with Mac Baren Vanilla Cream Flake. The slight ghosting from the Vanilla has an interesting and not altogether unpleasant effect on the Escudo. That said, I think I'll transition this pipe into a non-aromatic specialist and smoke the Vanilla flake in a cob moving forward.
