Cowboy Coffee for the drive into work this morning. Wilke Red Oriental for the drive home. Got home late and just finished prepping the FJ for winter weather. Supposed to get frozen fog and freezing drizzle overnight which will make for an interesting commute in the morning. Contemplating my evening smoke.

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, swordfish and snow peas dinner with strawberries for dessert. Smoked a bowl of year 2010 Amphora Original (Brown) in a full bend barley sandblast Peterson 125th Anniversary 1898-2023 No. 172/330 302 brandy military mount with a silver band and a black vulcanite p-lip saddle stem. Have enough for one more bowl. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink.

Passing the first third of this bowl of year 2013 Rotary Navy Cut in a post-1938 Pre-Republic Peterson Dublin straight smooth X155 bulldog with a sterling silver band and a tapered black vulcanite p-lip stem. Nigel Bruce smoked this model in two Sherlock Holmes movies. Please consider asking Shane Ireland at Smoking Pipes and Peterson to bring the pipe back into production.

When I got it it looked so much like half of a banana the only blends I could imagine smoking out of it were the banana ones. I may end up getting IMP to replace the stem with a green or yellow one.
I like the stem. The whole thing is pretty cool.
What banana blends?
Kendal Gold Banana and Sutliff D55. Sadly I guess now they're both discontinued.
