Now smoking Ken Byron Ventures Jim’s Special Flake 2023 in a 1984 black rusticated full bend Peterson Mark Twain military mount egg with a silver cap and tapered black vulcanite p-lip stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Sam the Scamp snuck in the house when m'lady came home, and is laying next to me. Molly Danger was not amused and went to the back of the house.

First smoke of 2024 was PS LNF (my nominee!) in a MM Dagner Poker while I raked some snowmelt out of horsey's paddock. Glad my discount galoshes are holding up. My arms feel like Jell-o now...cherry, of course.
Bird report: California scrub-jay, Dark-eyed junco, Steller's jay, California towhee, Spotted towhee, Common raven, White-crowned sparrow, and Northern flicker.

A quarter of the way through this bowl from a freshly opened tin of year 2001 Robert Lewis 123 Mixture in a 1960s Austrian meerschaum bent apple with a tapered yellow stem. The years have made this blend stronger.
