I love The Yakuza, ever since I saw it in the theatre when it first came out. It’s a fave of mine, too.

The fight scenes are legit good.
The story is quality and moves at a perfect pace. The last scene with Mitchum and Takakura actually brought a tear to my eye the first time I saw it.

Great flick The Yakuza…I watched that today as well. Robert Mitchum in those 70s films was hard boiled for sure. Enjoy! ️

Just finished smoking year 2015 John Aylesbury Sir John’s Flake Virginia in a straight smooth light brown 2020 Ryan Alden Ace of Spades squat bulldog with a spalted pecan top and ferrule that’s attached to the tapered black acrylic stem.

First time smoking this blend. First impressions are favorable. A well balanced, smooth VaPer.

A quarter of the way through this bowl of year 2013 Capstan Blue Flake in a straight 1924 Dunhill’s “Shell Briar” patent pot 7 with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Been smoking this blend in other pipes lately, and missed enjoying this wonderful smoker. This ought to get me to dinner time.
