50/50 mix of PS Black Cavendish and PA in a meer. Happy New Year folks.

Today has been a beautiful first day of the year here in Virginia. I mowed the lawn in short sleeves and washed the car. I’ve got a pork butt on the smoker, and Peterson Irish Flake in an Irish Harp pot keeping me company by the pool.

First run for this 1976 (great summer, heck with birth year when I couldn’t have smoked a pipe) Dunhill Tanshell “tall billiard” with the unusual shape No. 31CY.
This pipe is compact, light as a feather and surprisingly perfect (sorry Charles Peterson!) and I’m having the best bowl of Warped Saint Espresso I’ve ever had.
Culling the pipe herd this morning for eventual sale - only thing I can pledge is no Peterson will be harmed in the process!
