I have posted all my pipes since mid Jan, so figured I'd fill in the first couple of weeks for tracking purposes/science/ocd, etc...

Started year 1/1 w/ Esoterica ASTB in Mastro de Paja followed by White Knight in a German dB tomato that I often reach for when latakia is involved.

1/2 2018 Capstan Blue Flake in ?? then SG Firedance in a Molina Poker.

1/6 Bengal Slices Single Barrel in an Ortonpipes Poker.

1/7 KBV Mona Lisa Overdrive in an Italian basket pipe.

1/8 GLP Quiet Nights In a 1960s Castello workhorse; Solani 660 Silver Flake in a Nording Freehand.

1/9 Warped St. Espresso in an Eltang Basic.

1/12 Folklore in a Falcon with briar bowl; KBV Ahab's Comfort in a Yiannos Kokkinos.

1/13 SG St James Flake in EMC Custom Cob; KBV Notorios in a Peterson System sitter.

As much as the relaxation of the smoke itself, I really enjoy figuring out the perfect blend/pipe combo to fit the mood and situation. At this point in my piping journey I find it hard not to try something new or at least that I havent had in awhile, when I have time for a bowl. So many great tobaccos to enjoy but I need to start finishing a few jarred tins before opening more...

HH Burley Flake in a Caminetto bent egg. Going to a friends house tonight to introduce him to pipes, hopefully the right way! No cheap aromatics! Also, being shown how to pack in person is ideal I think. This is the second friend I’m trying to corrupt 😂, the first bought my first pipe off me, Savellini 321, great little starter pipe.
