Thank you ! Good wool cap is never cheap but every penny are well invest to keep our head warm ! The first time i buyed one at 20 years old the seller look at me and tell , you know there lot’s of cheaper option if you want. My choice was already made i love virgin wool to this day@Winterreise its a deerstalker with flaps. It was made by Haggerts of Aberfeldy who made suits and hats for sporting estates including the Royal Family. Sadly their premises is now a cafe though I’m sure someone has bought the trade name. The beauty of ear flaps is twofold, keeping the ears warm and keeping the hat securely on your head. They were made of Scottish milled Tweed. A retailer of similar hats is House of Bruar, not the cheapest but an excellent selection.
