Good morning all. I’m smoking KBV Burley Morning Pipe in a cob, paired with coffee and bourbon cream. The snow has been very light so far. Maybe an inch or so, but seems to be picking up in the last 30 minutes. The ice will be here in a couple of hours and that’s when it will become dicey.

Beginning of a very nice Sunday morning - I have opened a new (to me) tin of Peterson Irish Oak. This is well aged although I don’t know the age: I bought it from B&M store of JR Cigars in September 2017 (It was gathering dust even then)
The pipe is a family era Sasieni Four Dot Amesbury- With morning coffee and Sunday newspaper

Watch out for that Irish Oak. Years ago I smoked it before lunch and it hit me hard. But then again I'm a nic weenie.

Thank you ? 40 minutes in, I don’t feel the Nic hit yet ? Seems to hit the spot though - One of the reasons I don’t smoke a pipe often in the morning is due to the many cigarettes I smoke. Not feeling the need for that yet - which is a good thing ?

Just an example of why I love my wife so much… we were laying there waiting for sleep, and we started talking about what was most important in a relationship. I thought I had been clever when I said “consent” when asked what was more important. But, she quickly retorted that “a sense of humor…. So, she’d be less likely to press charges.”

My burley Virginia blend, Odyssey in my Viprati dog. Looks like I’m about to have to move more trees today.
