Mixture 79 in MM Rob Roy that has seen hundreds of bowls of various American OTCs. A couple of years in a jar has mellowed the falvourings a bit. It is decent for what it is and is far better than the hyperbolic negativity it has garnered. I always keep a pouch on hand to smoke for a change of pace and the occasional craving.

You inspired me. I smoked some Frog Morton in my large Bill Taylor Ashton while watching Father the Flame. Now I’m watching American Gospel while smoking some Orlik Golden Sliced in my 1964 Dunhill Tanshell, sold to me by the great @lightmybriar. It’s relaxing when the wife goes to her mother’s house with my daughter, because I get to smoke in the house.

Enjoyed a big honey crisp apple, and just finished smoking Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match in a very much appreciated 1979 brown, slight bend grain etched flat front Stanwell Rego 969-48 (09) with a black vulcanite saddle stem.
Last smoke of the day is D&R Penhooker Silver in a 1990 straight dark brown Commemorative reproduction of the 1890 Peterson Patent System 12393 stack billiard with a silver band and a bowed black acrylic 32 AB long stem p-lip. Reading while this bowl lasts.
Enjoying a bit of very good flake with a Nazarenko blasted Anse with silver & copper ferrule and Cumberland stem whilst watching DVRed Captain Blood (1935). ️
