Louisville
Peacehaven in the Anastasopolous lovat.

Also smoked a couple RYO cigs made with Stokkebye Amsterdam No.83 shag. It's a Virginia/Kentucky cigarette shag that I picked up at Strauss yesterday. I'm going to jar it up and roll a cigarette whenever the mood strikes me (not very often).

First, it was Wessex BVF in a Vauen churchwarden... and it was disappointing... I don't know why... I think it was just me. Went back after supper for Jack Lee Blends Beowulf in a MM Legend which was VERY good.

Now smoking Dunbar In a smooth straight Lane era Charatan Executive Extra Large stretch apple with diagonal channel cuts on the lower right and left of the bowl along with a black vulcanite double comfort stem. This pipe was formerly owned by actor William Conrad. For thirty years, I have coveted the thought of owning one of Conrad's pipes. Conrad had one of the greatest Charatan collections in the world, and also know for his fine acting and directing in radio and television for the better part of six decades. I never thought I'd ever have the opportunity to own one of his pipes, but thanks to my buddy Sablebrush, I finally do!

Now smoking St. James Flake in a straight sandblasted pre-transition Barling Exel 249 Fossil T.V.F. black billiard with a silver band, military bit and a black ebonite stem. Ice water and bergs is my evening drink.
