Just finished off a supper of Cornbeef & red cabbage with homemade potatoes au gratin. Taking a break to enjoy this bit of 8 yr old McClelland Navy Cavendish in a Peterson spigot. After which, I’ll have to dive into some ? & ? crisp me Ms. put together...and lots of ☕️ while I laugh at @BROBS ”Red Virginia” back and forth. ?☕

Not been following pipes nearly as much as I used to so was surprised to see a Cumberland stem on a Peterson and must say after seeing yours love it . . . making for a great looking pipe with real class and goes with so much better than a black stem.

Thanks. It’s one of my prettier pipes. I’m doing a gradual transition to mostly Meers & MM cobs. However, I’ll never let this specimen go as it feels so good in both the hand & clench...smokes like a dream. ? ...Sir, I also hold many/most of the pipes in your presentations in very high regard...love history & old ?s. ☕

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, scarlet trout and sugar snap peas dinner with strawberries for dessert. I'm half way through this bowl of year 2013 Dunhill Flake in a straight smooth 1960 Dunhill DRA 137 group 4 root briar canted dublin with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink on this cold and very rainy evening.

Earlier I enjoyed a bowl of Dunhill Navy Rolls (2015) in a late ‘50s GBD shape 262 in the warm Colorado sun.

Now enjoying a small bowl of PS Luxury Navy Flake in an Old Dominion cob. This stuff is so good fresh. Looking forward to what some age will bring.

good night!
