I’m smoking the last of the Ashton’s Gold Rush that I mixed with Perique and brandy at the end of November and it’s delicious. In a leather bound Tanganyikan Zulu Kudu. I’ve noticed that the price of this African brand (Kiko?) has been gradually rising on the internet when you couldn’t give em away not long ago. I’m not surprised mine is a bloody good smoker and I wouldn’t mind another.

This pipe should last about as long as it'll take me to finish this page I am working on: Peter Stokkebye No. 17 English Luxury in a quarter bend smooth dark brown small bowl 2016 Brigham Algonquin 226 Rhodesian with a long black vulcanite tapered stem. Hopefully, sleep will follow.

I am a relatively hearty individual however this arctic blast has left me no alternative. I smoked some TAK Micha's Cake and Germain Brown Flake earlier, but I won't be going back out again, especially after sundown, and perhaps even all day tomorrow which is expected to be colder still. Some tiny dusty pinches of Fribourg & Treyer's Santo Domingo snuff. May you all be warm and basking in the serene comfort of familial tranquility.
