After nothing but a fresh cut of elk meat simmered in butter in a covered pot, I dug out some 10 year old McC 5100, sprinkled in some 4 year old McC blending Syrian and stuffed her in a older Boswell bent swirl pipe. A matching swirled German vulcanite fishtail stem to boot. A first time blending experiment--frigging great and even better with a German Paulaners Hefe Weissbier.
