I’ll admit it. I mollycoddle (gotta love that word) my meers quite a bit. For that reason, they don’t get smoked nearly as often as they should. So, I’ve decided that, henceforth, Sunday will be meerday. This time around, it’s Bengal Slices in an ornate, bent egg meer.
