In the last couple of days and into the weekend, I smoked the following tobaccos in different pipes.
JF Germaine's Special Latakia Flake

JF Germain's Medium Flake. Though generally scarce, especially in the U.S., both Germain's were recently obtained from pipe-shop.net in Germany.

Frog Morton's Cellar

Samuel Gawith's Chocolate Flake

Boswell Pipes' Hazelnut
I also smoked the following Cuban cigars
One Partagas Serie P No. 2

One Romeo Y Julieta Churchill Habanos Tubo

All the threes - 3333 posts and Three Nuns in a Peterson Donegal Rocky. This is my first time with the latest incarnation of this blend. The tin had me swooning with the dark fruits; I thought everything I'd heard about no perique had to be untrue. Then I lit it. Mac Baren have done a great job and this is a smooth, tangy smoke but there is none of the rich sweetness I had expected from the nose. Such a shame :crying:
