Lately, I've been starting my days with either GLPease Odyssey (from a 2003 tin) or Westminster (2009). In the afternoons, I've been switching to Stonehaven (2007).
The Odyssey is aging very well. It's still very much a latakia-forward Balkan, though, which is leading me to believe it will continue to age very nicely. The next-oldest tin I have is from 2004, and I think that'll be very interesting to try in about six years (assuming I'm still around to smoke it!).
Of course, the Westminster and Stonehaven are fine as well.
