Greetings, all! C&D Exclusive in a Cavicchi bent billiard with Italian Roast on the side.

I doubted that I would like 50% perique and was I ever wrong. I bought a tin due to the frequency it appeared on this thread--I can thank the Forum for leading me to this new favorite. Time to reorder. I wish C&D put it out in 8 ounce tins!

Going to be in the low 50s F today in Ohio then drop close to 30° overnight.

Looks like a great time at a very nice lounge!
CPT,

A gem for sure these days. One of three places in a 50 mile radius that you can sit down and enjoy a pint (or wine) and a smoke- all owned by R. Sturman.
I met @PrivatePiping through the forum. We try to meet up once a month to crack new to us tins, swap tobacco samples and enjoy great smokes and pine away about life, tobacco and pipes.

Paul RVA, I love everything in your collection but that Ashton always grabs my attention. Brilliant pipe.
Thanks Brother, She is a hefty pipe and the scale is hard to figure out with my half assed photography but it has performed for me very well. It’s not a typical shape for Ashton so I was thrilled when I ran across it.
Happy Holidays!

Passing the half way mark of this bowl of year 2024 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. M'lady and I fed all the cats. I took trash and recycle cans to the street before the rain starts. Hope that I can get my walking in before it starts. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

Tried smoking my first Virginia blend ever, Folklore from C&D their 2025 release. I tried it in my Morgan bones Om-Paul and it was a decent smoke. May have left it to dry too long, but I felt it wasn't a serious issue. Taste was definitely hitting those sweet notes and additional notes of bowl fruit. My only gripe was not knowing how much of a Nic punch it had going in. I couldn't sleep until the wee hours of the night.

I was in the mood for a hearty breakfast, so this morning’s smoke driving in was GH&Co Black and Brown Twists mixed in the commuter pipe with a bunch of black coffee.

Now it’s on to HU Dark Moor in a Kaywoodie 8751S push stem (which I love because the saddle bit and the the push stem both negate the “87” part of the shape number😉
QuikTrip Energy Green Tea is my drink.
Cruising towards Christmas, grateful every day.
