Relaxing after a wonderful salad, chicken legs and snow peas dinner with strawberries for dessert. Hope to go off my diet tomorrow. I've a quarter of a bowl left of year 2012 St. James Flake in a straight 1968 Dunhill Tanshell octagonal paneled EK F/T billiard with a square shank and tapered black vulcanite stem. Spent time feeding ferals, and letting them in and out. As cold and wet as it is, one would think that they'd want to stay in. Daisy the Feral Princess is lying by my feet after four in and outs. Sleepy Suzy is by my side. Molly Danger is snoozin' on m'lady's lap.
Out running some errands with some From Beyond in the Parker Super Briar Bark. I think I’ll just leave the stem as is. It smokes so well I would hate to screw it up with a “pretty” stem. Oh yeah, the sample of From Beyond was provided by @TubbyInTweed . Wish I had picked some of this up.
Now smoking year 2014 Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match in a very much appreciated 1979 brown, slight bend grain etched flat front Stanwell Rego 969-48 (09) with a black vulcanite saddle stem.
2025 Sansepolcro in a Rossi Mezzanotte Bent Brandy.

Had some warmed up leftovers for dinner, organized some things for tomorrow and am finally settling down for a nice proper pipe in the comforts of the lounge. Well-aged Butera Kingfisher in an Ahmet Govem commission piece with a wee dram of Rock Oyster 18 year malt whisky for dessert.
Finished the night with Plum Pudding Reserve Flake in a Tinsky calabash with a Wee Heavy ale.
Briar Works Country Lawyer in an El Morjane Algerian billiard. A bit underwhelmed by this blend. I'll give it some air time and try it again.

Enjoyed a tasty golden delicious apple, and am half way though this bowl of year 2014 Esoterica Tilbury in a smooth medium bend 1999 Peterson Sherlock Holmes Series Milverton with a sterling silver band and a black vulcanite p-lip stem. The ferals came in and out again except for Daisy the Feral Princess. She went to the couch to lay on her favorite blanket, but she's kind of close to Molly Danger who has already hissed her. Hope that'll be the end of the battlin' boneheads.

Near the first third of this bowl of year 2014 Dan Tobacco Hamborger Veermaster in a smooth straight brown 1950 Dunhill 48 bulldog group 4 root briar with a black vulcanite fish tail saddle stem. Tomato the Brave came back for his wet food, and ate plenty. I gave him a little extra. After that, he thanked me, played with the catnip sock, and is lying by my feet.
A very hot 40c(105f) day under shade. Down in the 22c cool of the wine cellar
