Then had a demo/form job go to hell quick, was gonna let my crew take the lead (two guys that are still a in the consciously incompetent phase), but I had to jump in early and show ‘em how it’s done (all of it).
Bounced back and forth between the Kaywoodie push stem 8751 and a Ropp J11P with GLP Fillmore, OJKB, and my Dark Sails mix as work allowed, glad I packed two good clenchers today!

Sadly an old name. Ryan Quaglata made pipes for a few years and stopped. He did some wonderful work.@Sigmund that is a striking pipe! Who/what is RQ? new name to me!
It was pretty good, still feeling out how much I like that blend. I got that tin, Hal o' The Wind, and Bagpiper's Dream. I had a bowl of Bagpiper's last night and loved it immediately, and I had Hal o' The Wind today and enjoyed it. Normally I wouldn't buy so much at once, but there was a great sale on so I paid less than I would've for my usual order. While I have never had that particular blend.... I have had others by Rattrays and have really liked them. Good luck to you.
Well, I screwed up that bowl. Rather than fight it, I just knocked it out and decided to start over.Just wrapping up service work down here in Charleston.
Even though it feels like the back of my throat is mincemeat, I've loaded Sweet Velvet in this monstrous Savinelli Hercules to begin the drive home.
