Another typical chilly Friday afternoon, taking care of ranch chores while wifey goes out on the mustang. C&D Eight State Burley in a Savinelli Porto Cervo 122 rusticated pot as my companion. Only wish this stuff was available in bulk, although my bank account would undoubtedly have something to say about that. 9/10

Bird report: White-crowned sparrow, Dark-eyed junco, California towhee, Chipping sparrow, House finch, California scrub-jay, Steller's jay, American crow, Northern flicker, Hairy woodpecker, Mountain chickadee, White-breasted nuthatch, and Western bluebird.
