Last smoke of the day is year 2020 Mac Baren Scottish Mixture in a straight, smooth brown 1960s Lane era Charatan Special 38 bulldog with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Tomato the Brave has been sleeping on my feet, and I gave him some attention before I got up to get this pipe and tobacco. He grabbed my right foot because he didn't want me to move away from him. As soon as I sat back down to post this smoke, he put his head on my foot. Reading while this bowl lasts.

Never slept, so I gave up and am smoking Per G. Jensen Blender’s Collection Virginia in a small 1982 three quarter bend meer with a smiling turbaned Turk's head and gold acrylic tapered stem.
Sliced up some GLP Jack Knife plug before I left the house this morning. Enjoying it now in a Barling made Bewlay Emerald with saddle stem.

I guess Chenet's Cake is just as good as chicken soup. Maybe not the wife's soup is killer.
I just take it and fold it into shape and give it a little squeeze and roll to make the strands less tight...nothing special. A coin is about an hour smoke, sometimes a little less. Im 35 minutes into it so far and down to the last third.
