Smoking some 2017 White Knight I just opened. This stuff is walking all over the fresh Peretti’s Royal I have, which says a lot to me. Age isn’t always so kind to certain blends and this isn’t one of them. It’s really brought out the Orientals and Virginia’s. The Latakia is very funky/acrid. The Orientals taste exotic, like not your typical sour/floral kind. They add an exotic spice and soda note to the smokiness of the Latakia. I wish more Balkans used this leaf. Overall, I’m extremely impressed.
Almost finished smoking year 2019 Low Country Pipe & Cigar Natural Virginia & Burley in a 2020 straight black sandblasted Merchant Service “Bing” Standard with a nickel band and tapered black vulcanite stem.
G&H Coniston Cut Plug in a Meer with the worst stem in stemdom. Round, a big pit in the button, and thick as a Brazilian woman’s ***. The tobacco on the other hand, is glorious. 
OJK in a Peterson Donegal Rocky XL90 with a second cup of coffee. 
Half way through this bowl of year 2014 Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match in a very much appreciated 1979 brown, slight bend grain etched flat front Stanwell Rego 969-48 (09) with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Fed all the ferals, and only Abner the Eager is inside. Watching Bob Costas interview Pedro Martinez in 2011.

Almost a third of the way through this bowl of year 2013 Capstan Blue Flake in a straight 1924 Dunhill’s “Shell Briar” patent pot 7 with a tapered black vulcanite stem. I'll probably end the day with this smoke. Daisy the Feral Princess was banging at the back door, and when I went to let her in, Tomato the Brave pushed her aside, and ran in. She quickly followed as the cold rain has come back. Everybody's snoozin' including Sleepy Suzy, who is by my side. Reading while this bowl lasts.
Third bowl of the morning is always whatever randomly comes to mind; Germain's Special Latakia Flake in my Peterson Aran 80S - bulldog for lat, always. Fine stuff.
